Director, Principal Speech Pathologist
Louise is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with many years’ experience in a range of areas. She began her career working with adults, before settling comfortably into paediatric disability as an area of interest. After more than 15 years immersed in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary support teams for children living with disabilities, she has developed a strong skill set, and is dedicated to upskilling the parents and carers of every child she supports. Working collaboratively with others is of paramount importance to Louise. Her role as a senior clinician and company director frequently exposes her strengths and her special interest in advocacy and capacity building for a range of individuals and their wider support teams. Neurodiversity, early language development, and play skills are key areas of interest for Louise when working therapeutically with children.
When she’s not hard at work, proudly wearing the TTT hat, you’ll find Louise strumming a guitar, taxi-ing any number of her five children, or possibly regretting her decision to teach them chess - because she’s now a serial loser! She’s also keen on mowing the lawns to settle her mental energies and to ‘earn’ the customary chilled beverage that follows! Louise is passionate about TTT and the journey that continues to evolve!

Director, Counselling & Disability Support Services

Jason Galea is a newly Registered Counsellor, currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology. He is youthful, yet worldly, bringing his many years’ experience as a police officer into his role supporting families and children. After 18 years policing, with nearly half of those as a Detective in the Child Abuse Squad, Jason took a leap into the mental health and disability sector, inspired to do more with his innate passion for supporting children and teens. As a kid, Jason loved video games, Zen Do Kai, and riding his bike. Now, he continues to enjoy the outdoors, namely 4WDing, mountain biking, bush walking, and camping, all whilst raising a family of five boys!! Having been raised in Albury himself, Jason is very familiar with the lay of the land and in his new role co-directing TTT, he showcases his obvious drive to help others. Jason values lasting connections with those he supports, taking time to learn about the needs and preferences of every individual. Jason is excited to be a part of the health and disability field, which is, undeniably, rewarding.
